3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify 898jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 898jl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.5 898jl reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform has reason to believe that information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 898jl platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied by 898jl. Currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 898jl PHP wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your verified 898jl account. For security purposes, 898jl does not release funds to payment methods not previously associated with your account.
4.4 Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

5.1 From time to time, 898jl offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 898jl promotions:

5.4 Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their promotions cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
6.1 All games offered on the 898jl platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, PG Soft, SA Gaming, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters.
6.2 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome of that round will be resolved in accordance with the respective game provider's disconnection policy. Bets already placed at the time of disconnection are processed normally by the game server; 898jl is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
6.3 In the event of a malfunction, void, or error in a game — including the display of an incorrect payout or odds — 898jl reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund bets placed. Payouts made in error are not binding and may be reclaimed by 898jl.
6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, or any mechanical or electronic device that simulates or replaces human decision-making in gameplay is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 898jl platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 898jl platform without prior written permission from 898jl.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 898jl's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 898jl and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 The 898jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 898jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and factors outside 898jl's control (including telecommunications infrastructure, power outages, or force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions for which 898jl assumes no liability.
10.4 In no event shall 898jl's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 898jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
11.2 Upon legitimate account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to applicable withholding obligations and verification requirements.

12.3 898jl does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and AMLC) where legally required.
13.1 898jl may revise and update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 898jl will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file, via in-platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the 898jl website.
13.2 Your continued use of the 898jl platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
13.3 If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the 898jl platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
14.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 898jl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 898jl arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies within the Philippines having jurisdiction over online gaming matters.
14.3 Before initiating any formal dispute, players must first submit a written complaint to 898jl at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. 898jl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws or gambling regulations.
